Jan Sofat is divided into 6 phases, each with their own unique characteristics.

We\u2019re excited to have completed one of the most important developments in Jan Sofat\u2019s history: \u201cJan Sofat Infrastructure Renovation 2020\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In 2019 infrastructural renovations were started in Jan Sofat North, East and South. Jan Sofat West followed in 2022. CWM installed HDPE-water pipes, fiber optic cables, repaved the sidewalks with dark-grey pavers and resurfaced the roads with a new layer of asphalt.<\/p>

In 2022 Jan Sofat\u2019s infrastructural face-lift was successfully completed.<\/p>

In early 2021 Phase 6 was finalized with turn-key apartments and villas.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
