Developments

Jan Sofat is divided into 6 phases, each with their own unique characteristics.

We’re excited to have completed one of the most important developments in Jan Sofat’s history: “Jan Sofat Infrastructure Renovation 2020”

In 2019 infrastructural renovations were started in Jan Sofat North, East and South. Jan Sofat West followed in 2022. CWM installed HDPE-water pipes, fiber optic cables, repaved the sidewalks with dark-grey pavers and resurfaced the roads with a new layer of asphalt.

In 2022 Jan Sofat’s infrastructural face-lift was successfully completed.

In early 2021 Phase 6 was finalized with turn-key apartments and villas.

Phase 1

Phase 1 was the first part of the six development phases of Jan Sofat and focused on waterfront houses.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is also known as Jan Sofat East, which consists of smaller-sized lots.

Phase 3

Phase 3 consists of approximately 100.000m2 of land and borders the future development plan of the Santa Barbara Plantation. Phase 3.1 was completed in 2018 with new lots added on the Jan Sofat masterplan.

Phase 4

Phase 4 is the heart of Jan Sofat. All lots have been sold.

Phase 5

Phase 5 is a prime location with a breathtaking view of the Spanish Water Lagoon. The Jan Sofat Marina is also located in this phase. Phase 5 consists of 15.000m2 of property, from which 300 meters are located in front of the water.

Phase 6

Phase 6 is located close to the entrance of Jan Sofat. It consists of around 10.000m2 of property. Turn-key villas and apartments have been developed in this phase.
